Default Head studs on a C5

About to do head gaskets on a 98 C5, can I use headstuds w/ no problems? Havent looked at the car just wondering if theres room. If so enough room for the studs to go in 1st then drop the head on or compact to where you have to set the head on and drop in the studs?
Thanks in advance, I have to order them pretty quickly to have them for tomorow night.

Go for it I have studs on my F body and have taken the heads off and put back in with out any problems. The engine is under part of the fire wall in the f body and the vett is more forward giving you more room. Also if you havent removed the heads yet, take the water pump off first and suck the coolant out with a shop vac, no mess to clean out of the cylinders.

I'd pulled the heads 5 or 6 times on my vette with ARP studs in place
