Default X1 cam install in progress

I dropped the car off at MTI yesterday. Car's under the knife as we speak getting X1 cam, stainless works long tubes (swaintech coated), asp pulley, a shift light and of course ls1edit tune.

I'm getting no headwork, except whats necessary to seat the new dual Isky springs. Man, I can hardly wait for the results! Ought to be like a brand new car with new power and lope! I should get it back Thursday or Friday.

Please keep us posted on the numbers. I have been dying to see what the X1 would do on stock LS6 heads.

Your going to love the X1. MTI is the best! They did all the work on mine and I couldn`t be happier. Jayson is the best for tuning, and the staff is great. You will not believe how your car is going to pull in the upper rpms. It feels like your taking off again. I love it! Good Luck!

The X1 is a great cam, I was running it for about 1000 miles....sounds great, lots of power, not too much low end, but it pulls on top...

thanks guys. I'll let everyone know what it does asap.

I think 120+ traps and low 11's should be in the ballpark. Not too bad for a cam swap and no headwork.

see you at HRP Mike.
