280 + degree cams and pistons

What psitons are people using in thier LS1's with 12:1 comp or more & cam shafts with 280 orso degrees @ 0.050" ?

This is for a 4.030 bore, 6.25" rod and 4" stroke.

I hope I don't have to get custom pistons made.
