My opinion is:
Air filter(if dirty)
Fuel filter
pcv valve
change trans fluid, new syncromesh(sp) will do good things for your M6
rear diff service
I hope your not still on the stock (factory) sparkplugs, they say 100,000 miles but i have never seen them work well to that mileage.( And i was a professional technician for 13years)
get some new Dexcool in that radiator(flush)

My not actually need all these things ,but your can not really over maintain your hotrod.

Drive it HARD and treat it well all at the same time.

Good luck
Dave

Changing fluids on tranny and rear is REAL easy. Alot easier compared to changing plugs and wires.

just drop the pan, remove the filter and let it drain while you go to the parts store to get a filter which will come with a new gasket.i can't remember exactly but around 5 or 6 quarts should do it.i have seen some people remove the trans cooler line, start the car and let it pump dry like that and immediately shut it off when it runs dry but i wouldn't recomend that since you will probably need a new filter anyway.

You can get pennzoil synchromesh from autozone for much cheaper than at a stealership.
