346 stock Bottom end 11,000 miles
Dart 225 from Summit 62cc chambers
232/236 .576/.581 114 xer lobes
Vararam
Stock LS6 intake/Ported TB
Longtube headers and straight pipes
Car used on roadcourse events every 4-6 weeks 4000-6800 rpm.
Thanks guys for your recommendations and reasoning. I just have no idea what the hell DCR or quench is, or rationale for dropping chamber size and using a thicker head gasket.

Would prefer not to flycut but will depending on the gain expected. The lift numbers I listed are incorrect but not as you said. The cam card says 232/236 .574 .578 lsa 114. The tuner whose uses this custom grind Comp cam told me yesterday that he thought it was with xe-r lobes. Maybe not. I wanted something medium sized that did not stress the valvetrain too much but gave good mid and high rpm torque and hp. With the setup above and stock LS6 heads I got 392 rwhp and 374 rwtq.
Maybe a cam swap is in order to bring those numbers up too. Any suggestions there?

Run the thin .040" gasket but don't mill. The P to V will be tight but it should fit. The 114LSA will give you a little bit more breathing room.
