The graph you show, to me actually looks like valvetrain instability, and not some sort of spark blow out. The fact that your power drops so drastically leads me to believe that there are some harmonic issues at that rpm and beyond. What exactly is your setup, and what springs/rockers are you using?

It is the TSP MS3 with the PRC dual-spring kit installed (good to .660 lift). Stock rockers.
