How much H.P. can stock internals handle?

I'm not an expert but I think you should be fine NA. He said 600 FI, which would be boost or juice. I've seen a lot of people in the upper 400s, low 500s with non-forged internals NA. And unless you spray or run some sort of FI setup you should be fine unforged.
Correct me if I'm wrong though!

I could see a turbo or blower making the most HP most reliably with a stock bottom end.

Did you re-dyno your setup at another dyno to compare?
As for the lifespan, that is up to the LS1 God and how nice you treat it.

Yes I left LG Motorsports at 460 rwhp 420 rwtq running a safe/rich base tune to get me back to Michigan so I could go back to work. I had it tweaked and re-dyno'd at Walsh Motorsports. 12.8 to 1 A/F Ratio yields the current 473 rwhp 431 rwtq. I spoke with Kirk at Vector Motorsports and he feels he can tune out my cam surging, and improve my drivability and quite possibly pull a few more ponies out her. I would love to see the final tune yield 480 rwhp 435-440 rwtq. I need some cash first. Wish me luck. Thanks again for all the good input on this thread.

I cured some of my surging by increasing timing at part throttle and my stoich is 14.7 to 15.0
I miss the football games and nice concerts at the Pontiac Silverdome, I went to college 70 miles from Detroit in Ohio at BGSU.
Not to mention the Detroit Auto show, the Greek Town (Bouzouki Lounge) and of course the Grand Prix.

This thread caught my attention, because I'm about to bolt up a brand new Incon twin turbo kit to my '02.
My cam only set-up just dyno'd 421rwhp and 385 rwtq.
I plan to keep the stock 241 heads for now, and keep the same 236/236 .581 112LSA cam because a local guy who has a maxed out Incon kit said the cam will lower the peak cylinder pressure compared to a 114+ LSA. He said I can make well over 700 rwhp with this cam if I get the bottom end to handle it. Which is good for me becuase I won't have to waste effort swapping cams.
He said I can run more ignition timing and not worry so much about getting bad pump gas. The wastegate will still make the same boost regardless of cam LSA. He told me the 5-6 psi with the stage 3 turbos (GT37) will get around 550 rwhp. He also mentioned to get the air/fuel ratio in the mid 11's/1 to be completely safe.
I drive the car about 3k miles per year, should I have any concerns?

I have a H/C car that was making right at 400rwhp with a 224 cam I made 520s with a 5177 kit no jets.I have run about 10 to 15 bottles thru it.I just swapped in a G5X3 and went to 423N/A and 573 on the bottle.no problems yet with 2 bottles gone thru.I am thinking about some new rods and pistons this winter though
