I have installed 3 sets of these and what i had to do is take a round bar and stick it through the cam sprocket and into the hole drilled out in the center of the cam and then pry up on the sprocket using the hole in the center of the cam it then slide it on.These bastards fit on pretty damn tight but will stretch after a few miles.The last set i put on about a month ago on a buddies car looked different and went right on with out prying.Hope this helps.
