Default Swap or not?

I currently have an ASA cam in my car (226/236, .525/.525, 110), I was thinking of buying some PRC LS6 heads from TSP. But I got to thinking if I might benefit more from a different cam. Was thinking possibly the F13, Patrick G torque cam,TSP 233/239, Torquer II, or MS4 (probably to big for me). Any other suggestions would be appreciated also.
Thanks

You will have to do the usual searching and reading stickies to help decide what cam to get.

I can tell you this much for sure: If you want power you definately need to go with a different cam before buying heads.

There are a lot of good cams out there, and which one is for you depends on what you want. Depending on your wants and needs any one of the cams you listed may be perfect for you....maybe not....it all depends on what YOU want.

Call TSP. They released a cam a while back (before the MS4) that was designed to work with their LS6 heads. They bumped up the compression on the heads some as well. IIRC they had it as a package deal for a while. I don't see it on their website anymore though, give them a call I'm sure they can help.

I just mainly wanted to know if I should bump up the cam before the heads, but I'm kind of lately starting to lean towards FI, so probably none of those cams would work well. Just gettin some opinions right now as to if I should switch the cam or not.

If you end up swaping the cam, I'd be interested in the ASA.

The only thing the ASA is missing is the right compression, and some more lift.
Since you want heads, why not get heads with proper SCR/DCR chambers and increase lift via rockers. You could prolly pick up a set of SLP 1.8s somewhere for cheap.

So what size chambers would I need, or would the PRC 5.3s be the better choice for the cam?
