I want my car to sound like that.

And yes still make more power. I'm leaning towards TSP's cnc LS6 heads.

That would be great. Thats the sound I want and I don't want a HUGE cam.

I've been reading the guide and I think a "medium" would be best for me.

Well what are your goals for the car? Track only, daily driver, weekend warrior?

My car is a daily driver right now. I am picking up a beater in a month or so. So the car won't be a daily driver but I don't want to lose the DD ability. I want more then 400rwhp.

I have 350rwhp 350rwtq right now so a cam and head package would get me there really easily I think. Especially the TSP ported LS6s. Although I haven't thrown out get my 241s ported.

I want a really good steet performer although I don't street race lol.

yeah stay medium sized cam then. A big cam can kill low end power.

Guys its the overlap and LSA that determine the sound. For all we know its a 220/224 on a 108 lsa.

Good point, although there are not many out there that run that small of a duration with that low LSA. Most go with the off the shelf types like a 231/237 112 or something along those lines.

mine is a bit choppier than that, and u can see its specs in my sig... and thats with it idling at like 900 (or just over) rpms... if it would just idle a little lower, it'd chop like hell... i plan on fixing that before long....

how is it a waste of money to get between 370-380 hp from a cam that only costs 430 for the cam and springs ??????

Because I put down 365/352 with bolt-ons and what looks like a little valve float. I'm putting some LS6 valvesprings in this weekend to take car of that.

I'd hate to only get 15rwhp from a cam.

Besides I'm going head and cam at the same time and I don't think its agressive enough for what I want.

that sounds like a high 230s/low 240s on a 112. bear in mind that the ls2 has more cubes and will take more overlap to produce a choppy idle. usually the narrower lsa cams will have a choppy idle that almost stumbles and blurts....whereas the wider lsa will chop faster, but more rhythmically...if that makes any sense. listen to a t-rex, then listen to a 242/248 on 114, i have heard both videos, there is a noticeable difference.

Anyone that can identify a cam by it's "lope" is a stud. I would say about 228-232.
