AFR 225s (the eagle has landed!!) I just recieved my AFR 225's for my 408.. I must say that the heads look IMMACULATE!!! They are milled to 65cc and have the upgraded springs. I finally have the heads that I wanted and everything went smoothly with ZERO issues or any b.s. I know these heads are expensive, but I also know they are gonna perform like they should unlike some other heads I have had in the past..
I would like to thank Tony Mamo for all of his help and technical support over the past year now. He answered all of my calls, returned all of my messages, and laughed at all of my jokes!! lol
The customer service I recieved was nothing but the best I have ever experienced and I consider it a huge pleasure to have dealt with Airflow Research and Tony Mamo inparticular. Thanks to Jason Dow as well for taking my order and getting everything taken care of.

Yes he does a damn good job! If it wasn't for Tony I'd probably be stuck with a set of shitty PRC heads that I bought a while back.. He gave me the option and I took "The Blue Pill".. lol Best decision I have made as of yet!
Hopefully the heads will be bolted on this weekend.. My shortblock is complete as well as the chassis and transmission. Now I jus have to slap the heads on and toss the motor in the car. Still have a few small things to take care of, but it should be running in 4-5 weeks I HOPE!!!

Congrats, I have a set of AFR 225's coming to me as well to replace the Dart 225's I have now on my 402, can't wait to see if I pick up any power, let us know how your setup turns out!

ive talked to tony before and he told me that if i milled my heads more then 67cc i would cause turbulence or something.. that it would hurt the flow of the head.. were you aware of this?? which springs did you upgrade to, the ones they come with are up to .650 lift?by the way i have the same heads.
