Not what you're looking for, but for reference, here is one video I did find:

Mentioned on http://superchevy.com/technical/engi.../0505sc_guide/ :

"In case you feel as if pictures don't say enough, Street and Performance (1 Hot Rod Ln., Dept. SC, Mesa, AZ 71953, (479) 394-5711, www.hotrodlane.cc) offers an instructional video on the LS1/LS6 swap. The video covers all the need-to-know information for anyone who plans to install an LS1/LS6 into theirmuscle-car. It's like watching an exercise video, only this video is cool and will actually help."

You can't order directly off their website, and their 'online catalog' is just some huge PDF files, so anyone who's interested in that video should probably just give them a phone call.

Yeah, but Horspower TV, or any of the 30 minute shows on building stuff up like that, tend to skip a lot of steps. They cover the big ones, and sometimes toss in usefull tips or hints, but come on, they're trying to tell you how to perform 8 hours worth of steps in around 15-20 minutes of viewing time.

If you watch them do something that you've personally done before, you'll probably notice a lot of things they left out. I.E., the episode where they installed a supercharger on an LS1 fbody, it took all the time of saying, "And we're installing a Wideband sensor" to install, wire, configure, and connect to a Wideband O2 sensor. Pretty sure it takes more than 10 seconds to perform. Or the replacing of the stock crank pulley. Anybody here done one in less than 2 minutes?
