Default Timing sets

What timing set would you recommend with doing a cam swap, a rollmaster or a LS2? If I get a LS2, can I just get the chain or do I have to get the complete set? If I get a rollmaster are they hard to shim? Thanks

One more question, since the car has so much mileage, I should change the valve stem seals, right? What ones do I get and where do I get them at?

I did a cam swap and was told the ls2 chain is the way too go.You only need to buy the chain itself, and yes I would chg the valve stem seals.Good luck

Do you happen to know the best place to get the valve seals and the part number?
