CheatR question

Here are my plans for my Camaro:

Fuddle stall (whatever stall speed Fuddle recommends)
DMH Cutout
SLP Lid
LS6 Intake Mani
HP Tuners
and CheatR cam

I want to run mid 12s or faster, ~350hp 350ft/lbs and keep the car daily driven. Will the CheatR cam be enough?
