The 80 hp gain was accomplished on an engine dyno with all the appropriate bolt-ons in place. If you can duplicate TSP's bolt-on setup, you may be able to duplicate to the engine dyno gains, but keep in mind, RWHP will be lower. It's a very good cam with the proper tune. Just keep in mind it's BIG!

If you want to get 80hp with your mods go with NOS...
With msv4 you need all the bolt ons to support them.

Texas Speed says 239/242 with your choice of LSA but I'm not for sure on the lift.

I think its kinda funny that on the website it says "Engine dyno results have shown over 80 horsepower gains with no other changes on a stock 01 engine!!"

But in the picture the motor has longtubes and a FAST intake and who knows what else.

Anybody who has this cam, what do you shift at and how is the power down low??

That cam is pretty similar to what I have in my goat, it might actually be the same thing not 100% sure though. It peaks around 6700-6800, they set the rev limiter to 6900 and I shift about 6600. They told me that they wanted to try a cam in my car and that they hadn't tested it yet so I said sure go for it, glad I did.

When it takes more words to say "My mods are in my sig." than actually just list your mods out....

THEN YOU ARE IN TROUBLE!

That cam is not going to put out extra 80 horsepower! tey are comparing a stock ls1 specs from gm with the specs of a motor on dyno with aftermarket intake and no accs long tubes... ect..
