cracked heads
cracked heads I have been running ported 5.3 heads for a while Today i remove the heads to install my 225's and i see the heads are cracked inbetween the valves on 7 cylinders. The car was running fine so this was a shock to me, What was this caused from? Is this something i should worry about, the heads mean nothing to me but i would rather not have this happen to my 225's.

I dont care to fix them i'm installing some 225's now but i was just woundering what this is caused from, The valves where put in the heads over two years ago and when i blew the 346 up i put them on my 383 and they where not like that then witch was 10,000 miles ago and a few hundred passes
