Default Question for H/C guys.

Is it normal to **** out condensation from your exhaust on startup even on hot days?

H2O is a by-product when you burn hydro carbons...

My second H/C combo; both have done it. I used to be pretty scared when I saw it till I realized it's normal.

You will get condensation until the water temp. reaches 137.5 degrees. It's like taking a coke out of the fridge and putting it outside on the picnic table on a hot day initially at start-up. Just like a heating boiler it will condense in the stack if the return water temp is below 137.5 degrees. Hope this answers your question.
