more bang for the buck $$$
I posted this question at ls1.com, but the site is currently down so i need some feedback. ive got a tight bugget and i would like to know what would be the best thing i could do with my $5000 bugget, for my camaro ls1, M6. i was thinking about getting the STS (squires turbo system) but i cannot run over 7 psi w/ out forging my bottom end. the debate is between (engine enterals vs. forced induction). my main use is for 1/4 mile. any feedback would be great.

5000.00 is a damn good amount of dough to start with.
You will get a ton of replies for this one.
My own .02?
How 'bout a 12 bolt and a big hit of nitrous?
Then some sfc's and some wide DR's to get the power to the pavement.

$5000=
9" Rear end
Heads
Cam
Dyno-Tune
ET streets (darn near slicks) on second set of rims
under $5000 and 11's are there is you can drive, just as fast or faster then the STS turbo check my website the only thing i need is heads to finish of that list
