OK, about 1 month ago my car started stuttering at low RPM's in each gear and has progressivly gotten worse. It is the most annoying thing, especially in 1st gear b/c it almost dies. I've taken it to 3 mechanics and since it only does it every now and then, ironically it always run perfectly for them but when i get in it does it again. What it does it at idle it'll bog down to about 500 RPM and then rev itself back up and continue to do so and then while in gear, it'll stutter and shake until i floor it and get it past 2,000 RPM and then its fine. If anyone has any ideas please let me know b/c i can even stand to drive the car when it does this. thanks.

 

I had that problem the other day and it was related to my map sensor, fixed the map sensor problem and stuttering went away.
