Default help wtf burning oil on a 30k stock ls1

I was really cool and posted a vid of my xhaust and noticed the white smoke of death? Now I don't drive really hard 4 a 20 year old (maybe a couple of wot blast a week, maybe a full out street brawl every 2 weeks) I just changed my motor oil with my headers, and a lot is gone about 1 quart in less than a month, the car runs good no misses and no loss of power(just got a PCM tune)the car only has 30k and i haven't even hit the laughing gas yet? any guess would be great thanks?!
P.S. the only thing i can think of would be a bad valve seal(came out, loose, bad)

Could be valve seal or rocker bolts aren't sealed well enough and oil is getting past them. Did you change out the valve seals and loctite the rocker bolts when you did your cam swap?

Well, I'd pull the covers and check things out in there.

Well, the oil may cake up a bit on the pistons but it shouldn't be too big of a deal as it can be cleaned off by pulling the heads. The main thing to figure out is whether it's causing any pinging or detonation. I'd pull all your plugs and check em out to make sure they're ok. That would be the main harm in burning oil.
