Default changing torque curve??

can someone tell me what needs to be done in order to move your peak torque to a higher rpm (therfore making higher hp at that rpm) what on the cam and other internals needs to be changed and anything else that goes along with changing ur torque curve will be usefull like info on the trannys relation to this and the stall converters role in thi s

Read the Sticky at the top of the Internal Section. It will give you everything you need to know about LSA, duration, lift, lifters, ETC.

+1, in a nutshell the longer the duration, the higher in the RPM you need to go for power, and headers will increase your high RPM pulling power as well.
