I have a Trq2 in my 408/truck....it runs gooood!...and on a stock TB and intake. Granted, I really have nothing to compare it to except the stock cam...but, I can tell you this truck runs like a beast. I'm putting in a SSi/BBK intake the 1st week of June...and will probably go with a bigger cam...if you want my Trq2 (less than 2K miles send me a pm)....

408ci, forged eagle crank, forged Diamond pistons, Trq2 cam, 4340 rods, roller rockers., chrome Moly rods, dual exhaust, 42lb injectors, 255 Walbro, 2800-3000 VIG stall, Lvl5 4L60E trans, custom tune, 465hp@5800rpms, 450ft lbs at 5200rpms (SAE corrected)...5500lbs beast..runs great
