F14 here with Dart 205 heads, cam, tune, underdrive pulley, headers, aircleaner and a ported TB I made 452 rwhp and 423 rwtq. If you do a search for the Dart 205 post I made you can see the dyno graph. I still have room to improve with a Fast 90/90 setup and some bigger injectors.

They are almost identical cams except for lobe intensity.
XE-R is a tad more agressive.
Please keep in mind that if you are comparing the 2 (TV2 and FM14), you need to do so with same VE's, ie: same LSA and ICL

Six of one, half dozen of the other. Like pred said, the XER lobes snap teh valves open and shut more quickly, whcih in theory could mean you have less seat overlap, and slightly steadier drivability, but in reality, the difference is negligable. The easier cammotion lobes may also be easier on your springs, but honestly spring life will be influenced much more by how you treat them.

Futral uses their own propriatary lobes ground by cam motion.

I have the F14 cam only. Does very well for me. Granted I have 4.10 gears to help out. But, it has plenty of power under the curve. Just do a search, there has been plenty of people that have run that cam and many are still running that cam. You wont be dissapointed either way you go. Just remember, plan all your parts accordinly to work with each other. Thats the key.
