I am VERY new to engine building and i have a question.
i am putting together my very first engine ( an ls1 thank you very much)
and the rod bearings that i have , well some of them are blueish in color you know like they have been heated up and cooled.. anyone know what i am talking about.. They are brand new and i was hoping to put this together today .. i cant contact the compnay till monday .. is that normal for some of them to be discolored??? thx guy,

i have seen this as well , no idea here if it is normal or a problem

That is normal.Do not try and buff them,just use them.

Normal. when you wipe them with oil the blue discoloration will go away.
