Ok, I've been searching for a lil bit now.

I'm replacing my lifters and simply want ARP headstud/bolt part number.

I've been the ARP site, summit, Jegs. they all seem to have different part numbers. does the head uses studs or bolts?
I have an 02 Z06, stock heads.

 

There are different part number and lenghts of the studs bro. You have an 02 LS6 block so use this number

12 point
ARP234-4316

6 point
ARP234-4110

Anyone with a 04 and up LS6 block uses this number(Because the depth of the bolt holes are not as deep)
