Default AFR large bore 225's on a stock bore ls6?

Will AFR 225's (#1630-72cc) work on a stock bore ls6 block? I have the opportunity to pick these up and was wondering if they will work and if there are any issues with valve clearance with stock pistons. I am adding a p-series procharger, fast intake, 90mm TB, comp cams 224-230 581-588, and slp long headers. Thanks Ken

That's what I would run if I was going forced induction on a 346.
