Default Please help me out. No oil on top.
I have 70psi oil pressure and not a drop on top ie the rockers/pushrods and it is making noise, Please some one help me out.....

Have you done anything to the engine lately? Have you attempted to change the filter to fix the problem? It sounds like maybe a galley is plugged.

Sounds like you definately have a plugged galley. How often do you change your oil? Hapco is your friend.

Anything changed internally? New block? Did it just start doing this out of nowhere? What's the scenario? Elevated oil pressure and nothing getting up top sounds like something's definitely plugged.
