how much hp gain there is from a 90mm fast intake to a ported 90mm fast intake.

i have the TSP ls6 stage 1 heads, would it be worth the time and money to port match my FAST 90 manifold?

Yeah, it would benefit you more than an un-ported intake. Just don't over-port it. If you're on a tight budget, you can always use it now and port it later when you have more $$.

By the time you guy the throttle body and the FAST manifold, your half way to getting gears. Do gears and you get more of the feel of extra HP that your looking for.

10 -15 more RWHP you really wont notice

With proper porting You should have an extra 5-15hp through out the rpm range . Believe its refered to as ''Velocity Porting'' do a search on that word .
