I am somewhat confused on these specs. I have a TR cam the sheet has this on it. -

Duration @.050 Intake 231.2 exhaust 236.0
valve lift w/1.7 rockers : Intake .592 exhaust .601
lobe seperation angle 112.2

If I have 1.6 rockers does it change to this?

217.4 222.1
.557 .566

How do I find out if I will have clearance for 1.7 rockers?

 

The duration would still be 231.2/236. The lift would be .557/.566, rocker arms have no effect on duration.
