If it is a pair of our 5.3 heads then no, it will not clear. The 5.3 heads with a 2.02 valve have about .050" less piston to valve clearance then a stock head.

They are the 853 castings for 99+5.7L LS1's. So then these should work right?

Do you know if they have been milled or not?
I am thinking it will be close even unmilled with the larger valve's.

The larger valve loses .020"-.030", if I were you, I would mill the heads to 61cc and flycut the pistons, the heads will make way more power and you won't have to worry about P to V.

See thats a bit above me. What all is included in flycutting the pistons?

You will need to cut valve reliefs in the piston to provide additional piston to valve clearance.

Wouldnt it be just as easy to get new pistons? lol

if i may suggest something..

The TEA's are sick, no doubt...
But if flycutting makes you weary of the combo...an MS3 with a nice set of ls6 style heads will really be great, and will make you happy, and will not involve flycutting (granted valves are the same size as stock)

thats my worthless opinion

I would think you would have to pull the pistons out to cut them anyway, why not just upgrade, lol.

Nope pistons can stay in the car.
If you are going to pull them out then I would also buy new pistons with valve relives.

Also why go with such a big cam?
You could use a smaller cam with much better compression and have nearly as good peak HP as a bigger cam with better mid range and torque.

ISKY makes a tool for piston notching...and most speed shops, ie LG, provides the tool and mock head that you place over the pistons/block, then you attatch tool to a drill...and it enables you to notch just enough out of the top of the piston to get great clearance!
Look into it...its not that hard, just something you may have to do ya know..
