Need help choosing a cam...
So basically I'm looking for advice on which cam to run with this head and intake setup. Also looking to see if the heads should be milled at all and which set of head gaskets to run.
Thanks in advance...

I'll go out on a limb and say people here seem to hate carbs. ........
and 650 is smallish for real perfomance. As far as the carb size, at 100% VE on a 346 revving to 6500 rpm, it requires exactly 650 cfm. Since the motor wont have 100% VE it actually only requires 618 cfm at 95% VE which I figure this motor will be around with a healthy cam and the nice flowing heads...So I think the 650 quickfuel should work great on it.

Sorry hoss you don't know me . I know plenty about carbs and combo's. I build engines and tune them at the track and yes 650 is small on a hi-po SBC application. Most engines I build are old school 406's and 383's CARBED with 750 and 850 DP's. I'm looking for info on the LS1 in general and most the info I have found has intrigued me quite a bit to fuel injection. ALSO It would seem to be better to be a little rich than lean on a hi-po motor especially with stock pistons and no knock sensor to save your combo should you hit detonation.
BTW to the initial poster I would go larger and use a wideband to adjust the jets, pump cam and secondaries if I were doing this.
Some links for you.

Theres also a guy on third gen org Stage20 who has a carbed 6.0 he is running a 830cfm carb. he runs 7.16 @96 mph cam only internal mod.
