Default Keep stock pushrods and rockers?

I am planning a Head/Cam swap on my 04 Corvette. I have decided to go with a;

Comp Cam 212/218 @ 0.05, .522/.529 Gross lift 114 lobe separation

And

Dart Pro-1 205 cc runner with 62 cc chambers Heads

Obviously this is a mild upgrade but this is a daily driver. My question is can I use the stock rockers and pushrods?

Thanks

Stock rockers and pushrods are fine. Pushrods should be upgraded when you go with a spring that has greater seat pressure than stock.

On a related note, you should upgrade to Z06 springs (yellow ones, about $50 from GM) as the lift on a stock C5 is around .479/.467, the Z06 cams were rated at .551/.555.

Stock C5 springs aren't rated much past the factory lift, that's why the Z06 got better springs. But even with the Z06 springs, you can still use the factory pushrods, as those didn't change between the regular C5s and the Z06s.
