MS4, PRC Stage 1 LS6's installed
Well, after a few problems, including the crazy stuck crankshaft bolt (which turned out to NOT be my fault) the SS is up and running. All I can say is WOW. Open cutout and its MEAN. Love it. I will try to get the vid posted in the next few days. I was very worried about doing the install myself but it wasnt that bad, except the one prob that I wont mention. But I am overall glad that my wife and I did it. Great experiance. I cant wait to go WOT tomorrow. And get a ticket. HEHE

As far as a vid goes, I will have to find someplace where I can go cutout open as well. I live by an Air Force Base and the cops are really really itchin ti pull people over here. But I will get some Idle, Driveby and after dyno tune....at the track. Hopefully I can get the basic vid by this weekend. Sat sometime.

Hows the car drivability wise? I realize that you don't have a tune but can you describe how the car drives and feels at different rpms? I was interested in this setup a little bit.

I can at least comment on how mine drives. It had a tune on it for the long tubes and exhaust before I put the cam in so I'm sure that helped a little, maybe not. Anyways, before I got the cam tuned it drove pretty well. Anything below 2K unfortunately surged and bucked, I feel so sorry for my neighbors, I had to drive through the neighborhood at like 2.5K in 1st, lol.
When disengaging the clutch coming to a stop the revs would drop waaayyyy too low and I would have to tap the throttle a couple of times before it would level off to 750rpms or so.
Now that it is tuned, it mostly drives like stock. I can still cruise in 6th in between 1000-1500 rpms and it's smooth.
Totally stock '00 WS6 with LT's, cats, GMMG exhaust. And MS4

Yeah, pretty much what he said. I had a base tune put in when I was in the middle of the install. I have noticed that it has started running REALLY REALLY RICH. It burns the eyes rich. Not going to drive it anymore till I take it for the tune. Also, I have noticed that after about 8-10 starts, it stumbles allot more on startup and needs alot of throttle feathering to run, then it finds itself and is ok. Deff agreed on the letting off the throttle and it drops WAY down. But mine never dies. Cant wait to get the tune. As far as the vid, having camera problems. Im working on it though. As far as the idle, its way mean. The neighbors hate/love it. As long as I dont crank it up early in the morning!!! hehe. Its not a DD so it doesnt matter. Because of work the tune/4.10's/injectors will be about 2 weeks from now. Cant wait. Then let the mustang bashing begin. My buddy with the stock Mach 1 says that hes taken a Cammed SS before and hell do it again!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Cant wait.
