Are you sure it has to do with the test light being connected or could it be that pin has a faulty connection that is fixed when you are pressing on/around it? Just trying to think of things here as that doesn't make much sense to me at the moment

No cause all we have to do is probe it once and then it is completly fine until we swap computers. I was wondering if in some kind of lo tech way it reflashes it ? Anyways we are fininshing putting some stuff together right now and we will go drive it and see how it does.

Ha well bad news. I can get it to run no problem BUT the kicker is the computer is hot. Like u put a test on the case and lights up. When we pull the 50 amp fuse for ign in the fuse block it goes away. Any more ideas ?
