Default LS6 cam in A4

Ok I just sold my Lq9 heads to a buddy of mine and am getting my stock 241's p&p'ed. I want to get about 370 to the ground and I was thinking of going with the ls6 cam im really not looking to stall my car or anything just want a peppy weekend car. Can i hit 370 through an A4? I know M6 cars can do it all day but im not to sure with an auto.

A small stall will drive like stock when tuned and will be almost infinitely better than the stock one from a dig and even from a roll. You can have 370rwhp on a stock stall, and trust me, that same 370 will feel so much faster with a small (2800-3000) stall. I have a 3800 and it drives like stock until I go WOT. LS6 cam (or maybe MTI Stealth II) and a small stall would be a very nice, very smooth, stock-like weekend car.

were can I get a 2600 stall for a pretty good price? I was always told that a stall hurts you on a punch like on the highway is that true?

I wouldnt recommend that cam with a stock stalled A4. I currently have that setup, and would trade for a stock cam in a heartbeat if I thought I could swap it in a few minutes, lol. Definitely lacking in the bottom end, if you know what I mean. Good luck, and get a stall.
