Cam Choice Differences

What is the biggest difference between a 220/224 comp vs. a 224/228. I am just looking to put a cam in the car to gain some more power and get the great lope sound. Looking for the best kit according to my mods in my sig. I drive this car everywhere and everyday so it needs to be very streetable. Reliability is # 1! Any suggestions?

Start reading!! Look in the stickies first for the jrp's cam guide then do some searching. The biggest difference is duration in your question.

Read the sticky to find out what duration is and how it effects power.
