Default Oil filter gasket "popping out"????

I finally got the 347 in and tried to fire it. It fired asap, but as soon as i fired it up, it popped the oil filter rubber gasket out between the filter and the filter housing. Does anyone have any idea what might cause this?

Quick run down.
There is not two gaskets on it, only one
The filter has been put on as tight as i can with two fingers (like normal), full hand, and then full "single man grip" hand, all of which had the same ending.
It has a home ported pump. could that be the cause?
I sandblasted the oil pan without a filter on it. Could not having a machined surface cause this?
Are there any pressure relief valves in the system?
Could a valley, or something of the sort be clogged?

what kind of filter is it? Some brands don't have a by-pass valve, this could have caused it to burst

Ive tried WIX and STP filters.

Does anyone have a picture of a pump that has been disassembled? See if maybe i assembled this thing incorrectly
