I have had great luck with PRC and TSP. When I found a crack in one of my heads, I posted up some pics and JASON from TSP saw the post, responded quickly and there was a new set of heads on the way the next day. I boxed up the cracked ones (which were damaged in shipping) and left them on the front porch and they arranged ALL SHIPPING and costs. If you do as much business as all of our sponsers do **** is going to happen. Everything that I have ever had happen, I was PATIENT, and realized that hey Im not the only customer they are dealing with, and have been 100% satisfied with the outcome of every experience. My opinion, as much as it doesnt really matter, is that these guys work their asses off to get us quality products. And they come through about 99% of the time. Thats pretty F#*^in good. Thanks for all the hard work guys!! Keep it up.

They vote PRC. I love mine and have had NO problems.

I have delt with TSP for years, i have never once had a problem, I even made a Mistake once of ordering parts while i was going to be out of town, i called TSP and they took care of everything via UPS holding it for me, another bump for TSP customer service and satisfied TSP parts owner, once i get the money my 243 castings are going to TSP for the PRC workup my vote is for the PRCs

Really you shouldn't expect a company to answer PMs. This board is simply an avenue of advertisement for them. And there are MANY MANY boards on the 'net. It's very difficult to keep up with all the boards when it's super simple if the customers just email or call them. The email and phone reaches from any board. Makes it MUCH easier on the sponsors guys.

This has been discussed many times, and it's obvious that it always turns into this kind of crap. People who have never had the product but still bash it. If you want to konw these answers visit the track results and dyno section where you will see real world answers to your questions.
