This thread is meaningless. Please don't talk about this. There might be people that believe that this can be done and f#ck up their engine.

If people can't figure out that this is obviously a satirical thread, then I doubt they can even use a computer, let alone breathe by themselves, so they wouldn't have the opportunity to even be mislead.

I'm gonna use som JB weld on my stock shortblock to fix the groove in #5 and rebuild a ringland on the #5 and #7 piston, and put it back together. I'll be selling it as a good running shortblock soon.. keep an eye out for a great deal

Hell yeah. That sounds sweeeet. Then you will have to mod my hood though, have any playdoh? When playdoh dries it is harder and lighter than carbon fiber....I bet you didn't know that.

Cool, then it will match my license plate. It was a bitch to find though I had to go into a "questionable" store to find it but it looks sweet on the front of my purple vette.

I dont think that is a problem, someone who would belive this probably would not have the necessary tools or knowledge to find/remove or even ID a cam.

you damn rookie, we all know that the cams in the chevrolet sprint (predecessor to the metro..) are the .700 solid lift versions. i have an 87 sprint, i will not be fooled. technically you saying that is a "metro" cam is incorrect, it is a "sprint" cam. get your **** straight, son. the turbo sprint motors were boosted and required less cam, so only the n/a 3 cyl. motors like mine got the "big" cams.

the funny thing is, i was looking into rebuilding my n/a 3 cyl. motor (1050cc) and upon research i see where some guys have gotten their sprints into the low 13s/high12s @ 104-106 by working the heads and swapping to a larger cam...pretty f'n cool if you ask me. a ~62cid motor propelling that shoebox of a car to 12.9 @ 106 would make my day.

not that it would be smart, but i would love to see the effects of a jb weld piston and bore on a running motor

no no, you don'tLB weld teh heads on.. you just WELD the heads on. Get out the alum welding stick, and run a bead around the whole outer part of the head.. it's great for boost applications, no more head gasket to pop out

JB weld will work good to hold the head in place while you are welding it though, so that might be a good idea too.
