Which LS crate motor would you pick? The car is an 84 cutlass with a v6 in it right now. At some point I know I want to upgrade with a blower of some sort. Right now I知 leaning toward an LQ9 transplant, both because of cost and iron block. I welcome all comments and suggestions, but please realize I知 new to LS motors.

Btw, I wasn稚 sure where to put this, so if this is the wrong spot I知 sorry.

 

sounds okay so far - I would post in the hybrid section so you can get some real good transplant advice! Don't forget you will need an upgraded fuel system. Also, not sure how much heavier the iron motor is than the v6 - might require different springs up front?
