HPE C cam

I purchased the C cam (232/238 .605/.610 112lsa) from HPE and i also got the hardened push rods and patriot gold springs. Cant wait to install them i think i am going to try and get an LS7 clutch installed around the same time. Anyone else have this cam? How do you like it?

Don't have that exact cam. I'm running a 232/238 custom grind with a hair less lift on XE-R lobes with a set of P&P'd 241's. The previous owner said ~430ish rwhp. I'm going on the dyno tomorrow just to make sure.

thats the cam chuck suggested to me. that cam seems aggressive for a daily driver.. but hpe is one of the best shops around.

You will see great numbers with their cams. They are very aggressive, but can also be a great daily driver.

Plenty of GTO folks running that cam in their heavy daily cars. Havent heard a single complaint about drivability.

I'm running the S-Cam in my daily driver and I don't have any complaints except that I'm not getting the power that I should. 380rwhp with LS6 heads. Chuck is great and knows his stuff.
