Heads and Cam i know this has probably been talked about before....what is the best heads/cam combo----mostly street...but i want big HP and torque...any help will be great......

This isn't Top Gun. The best of the best aren't listed on a plaque on the back wall. 
You need to determine things like what you're willing to spend, what DCR you want to shoot for, what overall CR you want to shoot for, etc. If you're not looking to get that involved and just want a simple answer, call a sponsor and have someone (who is technically qualified) walk you through putting a H/C package together.

and you know it is not always about how much hp you have. look at supras for example (lol) there are alot of them that have 600-700 hp but cant get out of the 12's. dont be chasing numbers, chase times!
