Default Cam Selection

So I've been out of the loop for awhile, im not to sure what is good and whats not. I'm bought an ms3, but not sure if i want to put it in yet. The powerband of this cam worries me a little. And I want to spray later with no gear changes for a long while. I'll probably buy some LS6 cnc heads or some prc 2.5's if i see a good deal. But I'de like something streetable and that matches up good with my 3600, 2.2 converter. You guys think this will be a good cam? Or could you reccomend something better for me.

Well after writing this post I found some previous posts saying that a 2.73 and a 3600 stall will choke this cam up a bit. So i'm probably going to go alot smaller. The problem is I already sent payment to this guy over paypal, and even though i havent heard boo from him in 4 days, i dont know how to cancel payment.....In the meantime, what size cam would work good for me, maybe a 224/228?

i'd say something like the 228/232 with xer lobes on a 110 will be a decent setup for you. great power under the curve. i believe there is a few dyno results in here somewhere of some similar setups.

I'm going to buy a set of heads when i see some on the parts forum. Probably going to look at somewhere around 1000 dollars. That puts me in range of the Darts, PRC LS6,Patriots range. So I'm still looking at a good match up. I heard the FM-13 is a good cam too.

Im really leaning towards the 205cc darts. I've read that these are good right out of the box. I'm still looking at cam selection though. At the moment I really like a custom grind comp xer 230/234 .581/.588 lift on a 110 LSA. I just hope this wont be overcamming for my 2.73/3600stall setup!
