I'm in the same boat as you, I am thinking of going with one of the smaller 220-230 cams like the TR224. I'm definetly going to get springs/pushrods but I'm debating the lifters as I am not planning on replacing the heads. I'm at 150k btw, oil pressure/compression is good.
