Default head swap bolt retorque?

just did a head gasket change after blowing the first set. im using arp bolts and they have been torqued once. i know you can re use them but i have heard you have to retorque after a heat cycle. is this true? also what is the torque spec. i lost the sheet they came with . so i did 70 lbs. any info would be appreciated.

70 lbs with ARP lube. Using ARP lube is very important.

Torque the bolts 5 times before the initial heat cycle.

The heat cycle the car and torque them again.

Note: in between torques you want to loosen the bolt about 60 degrees.
