Default Cam recommendation

I know theres probably a lot of these posts but I wanted to be specific...
I currently have a 2000 ws6 with:
air intake, ceramic LT headers, exhaust and 373 gears
The power mods I plan to get:
cam, heads, ported TB, intake manifold, crank pulley, timming chain and custome tune.

I am looking for more aggressive cam that I don't wish I went more aggressive. I want the lobe sound but not a real rough idle. Im looking for the 'bang for the buck' and want to get the most power I can. The car is not my daily driver and all I plan to do with it is; street pleasure and 1/4 drag strip.
I was thinking along the line of 224/224 .563/.563 112 LS??
Does thinking of nitrous waaaay down the line affect the decision?
Thanks for the input!

The T-Rex is pretty much the most aggressive cam on the market in terms of how it sounds. It has the most overlap; at least for an off-the-shelf cam.

Thanks for both those links. helpful. What is the difference in cams when one has a really fast sounding lobe versus a slow moreso diesel boat sounding-slower type lobe?
