Finished changing heads!
Finally after waiting for parts to come in, taking my time assembling/ cleaning things, I started the car up after installing some Patriot CNC'd 243s. Started right away, didn't hunt for idle and more importantly no ticks, knocks, squeaks, leaks, or smoke! EFFEN-A! Stupid car couldn't be that nice though, earlier when I was putting fluids in the phuqing water pump started leaking from behind the pulley! DAMN IT! It was fine before I took the b!tch off, WTF! Oh well. I was going to go with a OEM GM but the stealership wanted three hundred something! I stopped listening after three hun... NAPA with lifetime warantee was $165. I just had to go the NAPA route.
Question though: will I be ok for a little bit until I can get it re-dyno tuned? I was already tuned for the cam and the only addition was the Patriot cnc'd 243s w/ 64cc chambers stock valves, new OE comp lifters, and Harlan Sharp rebuilt rockers (stock).
