This would be in reference to a Lunati 4" crank, 6.125 Pro Billet rod and -8cc dish piston. I am trying to calculate my compression ratio and need this info.
Thanks

Actually, I think stock is .006". The Lunati kit should stick out .008" using the compression height they supply of 1.123" and a 6.125" rod with a 4" stroke. Deck height is 9.240".

Not according to the box of pistons that I have sitting in my house. They are the -8cc dished ones and the box says a CH of 1.123". <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Figuring .008 I come up with about 9.7:1 with a .054 x 3.91 head gasket.
What is the next thicker head gasket?
Thanks,
