408 install help please.

I wasn't sure where to put this so here it is. Can someone please tell me what size to drill and tap a 6.0 L iron block for the alternator hole? I did a search, but came up with nothing. Everything was moving along very smoothly with my install until we tried to bolt up the alternator. I hope I can do it with the powersteering pump on.

I never drilled/tapped a hole. Just used the existing 2 holes. Works great.

Same here... I wasnt even going to attempt to drill and tap into that iron after I got the block in the car. You'll be fine just using the two existing holes..
