Default Header?

Will 98 FLP's work on a 2000 car. I notice on FLPs site they list a 98-00 style and then a 01-02, this would say to me the 98-00 are the same. Am I correct in assuming this?

For the '98 FLPs to work on a 2000 model car, you will need to purchase the '98-'99 AIR tubes since they are in a different location in 2000. You will also need the EGR tube of a '98-'99 as well.

Jason99T/A is right. I have FLP's on my 2001 SS. You just need them air tubes, and for 01-02's you need the EGR block-off plate. But you don't need to worry about that right now if you still have your EGR.

Peace,
Craig.

Talking with Dan at FLP you will find
they have headers that will fit the 2001+
with no egr tubes and slightly diffrent
to help with the old banging problem.
Your AIR tubes should work fine. I suggest
the AIR tube mod .
